BATH & BODY RETURNS
We understand that all people (and noses) are different and not everyone will agree on what smells or feels great. If any purchase does not meet your expectations, for whatever reason, simply return it within 30 days of purchase. Complete the return form included with your receipt. Upon return we will promptly exchange the item(s), provide a store credit or issue a refund. We will cover the shipping cost to send you the replacement item(s).
REMINDER: Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
